Faguo offers men's wardrobe with an urban outdoor identity. Recognizing the climate emergency, FAGUO has become a company with a mission in order to combine fashion and responsibility.

Smart Impact has been supporting Faguo in the design and maintenance of its e-commerce platform since 2015.
After a first complete redesign in 2016 based on a hybrid architecture (Prestashop 1.6 + WordPress), a second redesign was put online in August 2021.
Made on Prestashop 1.7, this redesign made it possible to rethink the entire front interface (UX/UI) in a mobile-first approach.
Among the main objectives, reducing friction in the customer journey and improving the brand's sales performance.
This includes a “web to store” approach to support the customer in a global purchasing journey and to promote all conversion channels (digital and physical).
The technical challenge of this omnichannel experience concerns the integration of an OMS brick, in this case Proximis, making it possible to unify stocks between the e-commerce platform and the brand's stores.

In order for this achievement to be in perfect harmony with the values of the brand, the platform was developed taking into account eco-design issues to limit the environmental impact as much as possible.
An audit was carried out on website carbon, when the new platform was put online.
