Absolution offers a holistic approach to beauty for everyone

Since its creation in 2009, for Absolution Quality, Efficiency, Efficiency, Honesty, Ecology and Creativity are not marketing concepts.

The objective of Absolution is both simple and wonderfully complex: to regain Beauty! Made from certified organic or wild plant extracts, Absolution products combine delicate textures and scents, ease of use and total effectiveness of formulas.

Accelerating e-commerce strategy

The redesign of the platform absolution-cosmetics.com is part of an ambitious process to accelerate the brand's e-commerce strategy.

Our support aims to build an efficient digital ecosystem capable of responding to market challenges in the short, medium and long term:

  • Improving visibility in a highly competitive market, dominated by distributors
  • Increase mobile conversion
  • Offer an eco-designed platform
  • Promote the brand's unisex and pro-aging positioning

Customer experience

The design phase was central to our support.
This phase was conducted in collaboration with the talented Akrolab team with whom we were able to share our respective Branding and e-commerce expertise.

The result is an immersive interface projecting the user into the Absolution universe with real added value on the experience, as well as a predominant pedagogical approach.

Wealth of “product” pages

The Absolution site benefits from the “Smart Builder” tool developed by the agency and which allows you to manage a large density of content types on Prestashop.
In particular, it allows us to enrich product pages through:

  • the integration of a personalized lexicon for each active ingredient
  • Highlighting application tips and an FAQ by product

Skin diagnosis


Based on interfacing with the solution Typeform, we have created a skin diagnostic tool allowing each client to discover the specificities of their skin and to build a path adapted to their needs.

All the data makes it possible to nourish the customer experience, in particular through recommendations for products and adapted routines.



Mix & match

We implemented this Absolution concept graphically and technically, making it possible to better understand the nature and mood of the skin, to advise the brand's customers, and to combine concrete product solutions.

Prestashop 1.6 to 1.7 migration

One of the major challenges of this replatforming concerns the upgrade to Prestashop 1.7, which remains a major technical challenge in any project.

To guarantee total continuity of the Absolution customer relationship, data migration must be perfectly controlled to maintain:

  • Customer history (accounts, passwords, orders, baskets, invoices,...)
  • Back-office data and configuration
    (products, categories, customers, employees, employees, location data...)
  • Discounts and vouchers (basket rules, discount codes, catalog price rules, customer loyalty points,...)

Our team has acquired a strong experience on the subject and has implemented demanding quality processes.
