At the heart of 120 hectares of nature reservation, the Sainte-Croix Animal Park is a place for discovering European wildlife and global biodiversity. Whether for a visit or for a stay as close as possible to the animals in eco-labeled lodges, the Sainte-Croix experience is above all a unique adventure.

Supported by the Singer family for 42 years, the park is committed to the protection of endangered species and the preservation of biodiversity.

With more than 360,000 visitors per year, Sainte-Croix plays an important role in raising awareness among a regional, national and also international audience.

Rethinking the digital ecosystem

We support the park with a clear objective: Rethink the digital system in Sainte-Croix in order to improve the “pre” and “post” experience visiting the park.

This long-term vision is technically reflected in the need to unify the fleet control tunnel and all data flows that today revolve around:

  • From the ticket office
  • Of the reservation of stays
  • of the reservation of the catering offer
  • From an endowment fund
  • Park shops

Organized in silos, Sainte-Croix's digital ecosystem is based on business solutions that are essential for its proper functioning. So that the park could continue to welcome its customers, starting from scratch was therefore not an option.
